This is the best organic deep conditioner I have found on the market so far. **Q: What is the smoke point of this product and how does it hold up to heat styling?** A: The smoke point for the SACHI INCHI oil in the Perfectly Defining Curl Cream is 491 degrees, but we do not recommend you use that as a reference. Damage to your hair will occur well before the smoke point. Perfectly Defining Curl Cream is formulated to be used with heat styling tools at their recommended settings, but not to be used solely as heat protection. I was able to brush thru it very easily. It quickly untangled my hair, and made it very manageable and soft. I highly recommend this as a moisture treatment, especially for curly hair. It's curly girl method friendly. The only thing I didn't like about it was the scent. It's very floral, a bit overpowering, and the scent lingers in your hair. A little goes a long way tho, and this will last me a while. Well worth the price, very affordable.
