All R+Co products are safe for color treated hair. **Q: What does this smell like?** A: The best way to describe it is ocean breeze. It has a hint of sweetness to it. And very mild. So it’s s fresh clean sweet ocean breeze smell. **Q: do you spray it on wet or dry hair?** A: You can do either. I found my hair was less frizzy though if I did it on wet or damp hair.
