Review: I ordered this to hide some cracking and peeling from a resurfaced tub and it was the perfect solution. The cracking was mostly over the grout lines and this filled those spaces perfectly. It was even great for small little dings and chips. I also used it on an area that was peeling on a tile and it filled in the space but you could see that it was a repaired - but only close up and not from a distance. This was a life saver from a a tub and tile surround resurfacing that didn't last as advertised (and of course the vendor went out of business). I didn't want to pay $3000 to have the tubs redone or replaced so this bought me years of additional service since the issues with the tub and tile were only cosmetic (ugly color) and not functional. My tubs were bright white and this was a perfect color match. I applied it like it was white out or nail polish. The smell is strong but just use a fan. If you are on a budget, I recommend picking up a few 12x12 peel and stick backsplash glass mosaic tiles, cut them into 3” horizontal pieces and install them over the hole and the entire length of your shower (a horizontal decorative strip). Assuming you have a standard size 30x60x30 shower/bath combo, you can probably get away with buying three of them and for around $5 each at HD (or search here on Amazon). Personally, I would add adhesive or epoxy behind them due to the exposure to water. Might just be a temporary fix, but a whole lot cheaper than replacing a fiberglass insert. Alternatively you might want to search for fiberglass pool slide repair to see what you come up with. **Q: How fumey is this product? I have a small sink patch to do in a windowless bathroom.** A: Not too much fumes. I suggest you mix only a small amount in a separate container to just cover the spot.I did it over a year ago and it has held up extremely well **Q: I need to cover cigarette burn on a fiberglass tub surround prior to listing a property. Is this what I need?** A: Yes.Lightly sand the burn with a smooth grit sandpaper, then clean the area. Apply thin coats of this as needed, until it looks good. **Q: Will this repair pits on an old cast iron clawfoot tub?** A: I'm guessing on this one...I would think that if the pits aren't super deep it will work. I had huge horrible rust near the drain on the tub in the house we bought and it fill in that rust after I scraped out as much rust as possible. Then filled & painted with white. We ended up getting the entire tub and surrounding tiles resurfaced & that company went over that area of the tub in the long run. They did say my "repair" was done well, but they went over the entire tub when everything was resurfaced.
