I mounted on the outside windshield on a desert drive. I was on the dunes for 4 hours, up and down, bump after bump, max speed 60KM pe hours. The device did not move a mm. I cleaned the window and slightly wet the suction cup before applying. Also no sand made it inside the cup. I mount a GoPro 6 series on it. Highly recommended.
