That one I had to put together myself and it was a pain. This is amazing, great quality already put together and ot comes in a nice case so it won't get damaged very easily. The cardboard on this one is VERY sturdy, and it is black so you won't see the sweat on it from your face, like with others. It unfolds and folds back with Velcro that is very stron and holds it together well. It is an updated version of the cardboard set so it doesn't have the magnets,just a little button to press. I am very impressed by this version, less hassle to put together, very sturdy and easier to use. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and it fits nicely in there not too tight where it locks the screen when you close it. I feel more secure with this cardboard because of the amazing quality Velcro, with the other I was afraid my phone was going to fall out. You have to pull very very hard to get the Velcro to I stick on this one. It also comes with a very thick rubber band just in case the Velcro lets go.
