If Two people will be using TV Ears at the same time or you watch a lot of TV you should buy the TV Ears Dual Digital system that comes with two headsets. **Q: why do tghe arms break so easy** A: Because they are cheap plastic.I'm on my third headset and it broke too.I got tired of trying to fix them with tape,tried putting splint like things around them and tried special plastic glue to no avail.the first two sets I wound up tossing in the garbage,they were completely unusable flopping over and out of my ear.this third set I had in a box for several months and decided to look at them again,lo and behold! I came up with a fix that holds them together very nicely and now I am happy using them.If the other arm should break over time I now know how to fix them permanently.my secret will stay with me unless tvears manufacturer wants to know how I do it.,but it'll cost.theres a way they can be reinforced without changing the looks of them.Haha! **Q: Do you have to completly run them down before fully charging again?** A: That's the beauty of this product.
