It works well. **Q: Are these post-it easel pads the super sticky version?** A: I don't know that I have seen a "supper sticky" version for the Post It's of this size. These stick well when applied the first time, and when applied a second time to dry, rather smooth surfaces, will probably stick just as well. If planning to use / re-stick multiple times, the "stick" will go away. Also, not sure they will stick the same way due to the weight of the post it....these a considerably larger than the notepad versions, so heavier. There may be a version noted as "super sticky" that we have not come across yet. Hope that helps! **Q: does it damage the walls?** A: No. They do not damage walls. **Q: I did not receive my order. It shows as shipped to our warehouse but they did not receive it?** A: I would call customer service rather than continuing with multiple emails and texts. Have your order, order number and dates, the info amazon has sent you, etc. And, ensure you know the dept/area you called, and ask for names i you didn't hear it well, or not stated. That way you have references. And, until the issue is rectified, I make a hard copy of the correspondence and keep in a file. I have found the customer service people very helpful.
