It's shiny, but the chrome is more like a gun metal grey chrome which to be honest, I like more than the bright chrome. Also, I don't know if this is just me or what, but it's bigger than it seems in the picture. Maybe in the pictures they could put an item there like a quarter or something just to give you some scale because it's a little bigger than a quarter but I thought it was smaller. It's not a complaint, it looks awesome nonetheless, but it would be nice. I guess it's just my fault for not looking in the specifications for the size.
