I'm sorry, but new puzzles should not have missing pieces. I expect that from used puzzles that I buy at a thrift store or garage sale...but not from new ones. They are beautiful pictures, very challenging which we both like and other than the missing pieces they are very nice. Puzzles have gotten very expensive and for the price should not have missing pieces.
