It does not. Too tight. Hard work to pull it over and under. Need to buy the Samsonite XL cover with the cube design. Gotta waste another $35. **Q: would fit on a F'lite GT 31 spinner??? thank you** A: the medium measurement is 0.125x19x26 . Try taking your bag to a Samsonite seller and try fitting it on. Might have to buy it beforehand. If fits, keep it. If not, refund it. **Q: Is it compatible with the Samsonite Inova 28" ?** A: I buh it for nova 25 ,large is for 28. **Q: How many weight ampty bag?!** A: It'a very very light. Don't even need to ask. Probably as much as a Tshirt. That's why I love this Samsonite luggage protector. The lightest I could find that is very strong nylon. I bought a LARGE and it's a very tight fit over my 62" softside Samsonite. I like that it is and then wrap it with several layers of mailing tape. So are nobody has opened my bags at any airport.
