And why isn't it listed on the bottle** A: My opinion? Don’t buy it. It is not worth it. It’s gross. It has trace amounts of valerian suspended in glycerin. I threw it out. **Q: how many mg in one serving?** A: This brand does not specify but it's similar to other brands ~ 1000mg. Serving size is 1.6 mL with a strength of 2:1 with its other ingredients: water, glycerin, and grain alcohol. Hope this helps! **Q: Is this sublingual?** A: Not really. Typically mix it in with a juice or something. This one is terrible. It's mixed in glycerin.
