Human hair?** A: I'm not sure where this comes from. But I know l-citrulline is an amino acid found in watermelon, beans, meats, and nuts. It produces nitric oxide in the blood which helps relax blood vessels helping to lower blood pressure. And also increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body which I found very useful **Q: Does it start working soon after first taking it or does it take some time( days/weeks) for it to build up in the body and then optimally work?** A: I would say you should start to notice a difference in workout stamina after at least a week of taking it. On days that I worked out in the morning I would take 4 capsules before a workout, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner. **Q: Good for ED?** A: Citrulline will help with ED. It's purpose is to loosen the artery wall and make them more pliable. As we age, our aterries harden and make it more difficult for blood to move through. Haven't had the same problem as others have described in swallowing, even 2 at a time; the slightly 'chemical' taste is only transient and tolerable. There seemed to be a positive effect on exercise, though it wasn't formal/structured effort but the usual lactic acid effect was greatly reduced. 'Night-time or morning wood' nearly reminiscent of younger days but is this attributable?
