I put them on first thing in the morning & leave on for a couple of hours, but you can certainly wear them while sleeping. They work. **Q: How does this product work with under eye cream? Does the silicone prevent under eye creams from penetrating the skin if you apply it after the pads?** A: The pads need to be placed on clean dry skin, no eye cream. I really was skeptical, but with a right eye/upper cheek that loves to puff out every single night in a really NOT cute way - I thought why not. Cheaper and safer than injectable filler!
