Review: Absolutely NECESSARY for folks who don't have one ear and still want to wear a comfortable mask - My wife has had one ear "downsized" greatly due to skin cancer. When we went to the Dr. we saw him wearing one of the mask strap extenders and asked about them. He told us that wearing the regular mask behind his ears day after day became very uncomfortable. He said that desertcart had these extenders. THEY ARE PERFECT. My wife can now wear a behind the ear mask with no discomfort. She says it makes her hair easier to control too.
