We returned a different cover because of the "plastic" layer that made noise.** A: It does have a slight "crinkle" and plastic feel but not a problem at all for us. **Q: where is this product made?** A: The product label says Made in China. **Q: The twin size is (I assume) 39 x 74, but what is the height/depth dimensions?** A: I think all of them have the same height/depth dimensions but obviously just different length/width ones.
