But after about 7 days and trying to exercise I felt incredibly weak and basically I realized basically this detox clears out everything which I guess would be good if you have an incredibly unhealthy diet. However I'm moderately healthy and dont really indulge in alot of processed foods and this detox just left me feeling really deflated as my body just wasnt getting the necessary amount of nutrients.
