I had ordered a Trendnet tool in the past when first starting my networking classes at a community college to practice putting jacks on ethernet cables. This one, unlike my trendnet tool, seems to get it right the first time each time I've done it. It's got a nice click noise when crimping and it feels tight without near as much effort as my older tool. The punch down tool may not be the greatest but it does a real good job at stripping cable in my experience.
