Previously ordered a very spendy one but then was informed it was on back order and I did not want all that research going to waste so started with my checklist all over again on Amazon. LOVE a noisy shell on a duvet. To me that means it is cool to the touch and cambric cotton. Very important to me. I made the mistake of microfiber/polyester before and was very disappointed. I bought King Size. It has tabs to secure it to a duvet cover.I wanted the lightweight, but I guess I ordered the medium weight, and it is perfect. For the last 4 nights, I am not sleeping hot (I am also a VERY HOT SLEEPER so also changed to linen sheets which have been a game changer TG!) and it is super luxurious and a bit (perfectly) crunchy. It is in my duvet cover and that takes most of the initial crunch out, but you know this is QUALITY. Excellent duvet insert for an excellent price. Make sure you put it in your dryer for 7-10 minutes after you open it.
