As such, a thorough rinsing with water is all I imagine it needs. Sadly though, both of my bags seem to have a very slow leak in them. I presume it’s from the stitching or some other manufacturing cause. They’ve never been punctured since I’ve owned them. **Q: Is this bag make with goatskin or something else?** A: Its not expensive enough for Goatskin. Latex inside, Imitation leather outside. **Q: What is the capacity of this bota bag?** A: The full capacity of the one shown is 1 liter. There is another one with a capacity of 2 liters. I have two of the 1 liter models and the most aggravating trait that they both share is that they both leak. This is not due to use or abuse; they came this way straight out of the womb. **Q: can you get the bag wet, to keep it cold?** A: tradtionally, yes. however, if the leather has dye, it will rub off. but tradtionally cured wineskins are made to be used this way. including a small amount of evaporation of H2O from the wine, itself.
