Just wondering, since the 16oz I got does not have one.** A: No, the bottles do not come sealed under the cap. **Q: I was looking for something that would be thicker than normal peroxides. Is this a thick consistency?** A: It has a thick consistency. **Q: Liquid or powder dye for this?** A: It’s a cream. I mix with the Refkin color which is also cream. Half and half of each. **Q: I have dark hair if i use the 20 would it go up to blonde ? Or do i have to use 30 or even 40 but kinda scare** A: There is give and take, using a 20 it isn't going to lift more than about four shades lighter than you have. An option for making it look nice is to use a toner it'll do away with any brassy or orange tones.
