**Q: I live in a apartment complex, will this open the gate at the front? And is there any turorial links i can find on YouTube?**
A: Hey Fernando,These are very easy to program but are specific to what your complex has.  What existing remote do you currently use to open the gate?Thanks...Matty

**Q: How do you program them. Can you program remotely from a larger remote?**
A: Just be aware that it is *extremely* difficult to open up the case.  You'll need a tiny Philips-head screwdriver to remove the one screw on the bottom, and then something thin and sharp in order to pry open the case.  I've had to program two of these remotes and it was a real pain to get the cased opened.

**Q: How do you open it? I removed the screw but the thing is a rock!**
A: I used a kitchen knife with the thinnest blade (small paring knife) I could find in my home. I ran the blade from the indent down the sides and managed to pop it open. I had to force it to completely detach from the screw. I thought I broke it but didn't in the end. What I did break were a few fingernails. :-(

**Q: is this compatible with linear D-67 digital reciever?**
A: Hey aMan-It is not.  Your receiver operates on a a 303.875 MHz frequency and this remote operates on 300 MHz.  If you are handy I can walk you through installing an updated receiver and which you remotes you need.Thanks...Matty
