Anyway to get that since it is listed as included** A: Return it because it requires a specific size **Q: What is the weight of this dryer?** A: 14 oz ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars I really love and this is worth the money,I buy this item *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2012* I really love this dryer for a number of reasons, the price , compared to cheap dryers that start at 20-30$ for 10-20$ more you are really getting a great value. its lightweight which makes it easy to handle and bearable while you are drying your hair. you do not want to buy a dryer that has reviews of being heavy because you will tire your arm and shoulder out before getting half your hair dry and then your hair wont come out as good in the front and top of your hair by the time you get to it. its made with a ceramic grill which really help eliminate frizz and also prevents that burnt hair smell which probably means you are burning your hair, which i've done on my hair drying it with a cheap dryer that didn't even get my hair as straight as i wanted it, i would always have to go back with a flat iron which really damages your hair let me say. i had to start from scratch with my hair because i have naturally curly hair and when you constantly flat iron your hair it crushes the fibers of your hair and damages your natural curls making it impossible to look good while trying to wear it naturally curly and so you'll keep on straightening with the flat iron and do further damage. i like that it has 2 setting and two settings only,high and low, it doesn't have to be that complicated when it comes to temp settings and it has a cool shot setting which you have to hold which i dont mind at all and the settings dont get in the way when you are trying to hold the blower and since you have to slide them to get them to move and the slide is not slippery or easy to move you dont accidently change settings u may even need to give it a good push but i dont think it was too bad, i could still do it with one hand.the one i received in that mail was red and black which i didnt mind bc thats what i really wanted anyways unlike the picture shown,, so the majority of the blower is red but the switches r black which i like better then the blue and gray anyways.so i was happy about that but i wouldnt know which one you might receive unless that one was the most recent model. also the cord is a descent lenght not too short not too long i had to use an extension bc my outlet was like 4 feet away from where i was working but im sure it would be great for dryer right in front of the mirror in a bathroom with an outlet close by. also what i like was the power and how quiet this blower actually is and shockd that this product doesnt have many reviews in general bc when i was researching it i could not find many. i thnk people look at the price and assume its too cheap but i think its worth more then the 40 $ i paid and as a amazon prime member free 2 day shipping!! i dried my daughters very tight curled hair and it cam out great her hair was shinny soft and i didnt have to go in with straightener like i did when i used the cheap hair dryers. i did go in the front of her hair but that bc i didnt have the right brush i really needed one of those small round brushes to get those baby hair plus she is 8 years old and i didnt wanna make her cry by burning her face and i am just average at how good i can blow dry hair. i read that professional hair dressers do use this hair dryer and i can see why its a great dryer. the heat is hot on the blower not burning hot but pretty hot. hot enough to do a great job without frying the hair almost wish i can attach a pic of my daughters hair b4 and after. it comes with a concentrator nozzle in case you were wondering bc i was honestly not sure bc the description of this product is kind of vague, it came in a box just in case you are wondering and i think that is pretty much it feel free to ask any question in case i missed anything ill prob be checking back on this product just to check furture reviews of it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Worth the price *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2016* Ordered on the 4th, arrived on the 15th of the same month due to a minor delay.Item is exactly as described by seller.Let me just start out by saying how badass and amazing the brand Babyliss is. My mother used to have their hair tools when she was younger and she claims it is the only brand that lasted long without breaking down. The only reason she doesn't have her tools anymore is because the house she lived in was destroyed.Aside from that, this hair dryer is incredible. It is not as loud as others out there and does the job even better than any other. Hair comes out dry and unharmed. Just make sure you don't over do it obviously.
