Review: Covers well sturdy - Was as expected aprox 8 inches long & fit over the rubber tip that was not removable from my heater. Comes in 2 pieces that twist together.works well for what it does cover, I can not say more because between purchase and receipt I got a new aquarium and a bigger heater. Waiting now for a bigger cover. My pleco keeps burning himself on the still open spot. Update* used in another tank found it to be very nice much sturdier than my longer one also I did not need to remove the rubber tip of the heater to fit in this item as with others that is a plus. I think it is safer and stays in place better.
