I was originally going to get a sexy stainless steel one but couldn't get myself to pay $100 for a thing that ultimately just holds garbage. I rent and ultimately, the sexy garbage can was placed lower in my priorities. That being said... I still didn't want an ugly cheap garbage can. Slim profile is great for smaller spaces. Fits right against my fridge. Gray color isn't a stark and insightly white or black. Design is still modern and sleek looking, even though it's plastic. I love the slow closing mechanism. I did miss the ability to hide the rim of the bag, but again, it's a low priority. There were other $20 plastic options, but they were cheap, bulky, and hideous looking. I read some reviews about it moving around but.. it's plastic and lightweight, so what do you expect? Overall very happy to have this mid range quality of option.

Perfect size. Nice opening mechanism that soft closes. You can of course lift it manually to keep it fully open so you can toss things in while cooking. I was worried about this trash can after the reviews about attaching the lid but the lid was already attached! It is the right size, weight and love the locking lid and pedal opening features! This is absolutely perfect for our motorhome.
