I recently had a dental cleaning and exam, and the dentist complimented me on how clean and healthy my teeth looked (and I'm someone who struggles with cavities). My mouth feels very fresh after I brush with this, and my teeth feel squeaky clean! With how frequently I use it, I'm pleasantly surprised by how it's lasted--I have about 2/3-1/2 of the container to go. A little goes a long way--one dip of my brush will be enough to clean my whole mouth.
