However I were mine every day without fail and I have no trouble with my Fitbit tracking. The reason that I prefer the case vs the watch is because with the watch, the Fitbit seems to count the movement of my arm as steps even when I’m sitting down. When I lift or raise my hand/arm, during the course of doing my work while sitting at my desk, the Fitbit will count those movements as steps. So for me, using the Fitbit in the clip gives a far more accurate read than wearing it as a watch. **Q: Would they fit a Fitbit One?** A: We have inspire 2. We had older ones but I don’t know whether they were Fitbit One. In any event cases has to be replaced.
