The all metal construction is great and of good quality. When using this tool I recommend using the "magnifying glass" app of your iPhone and not the "camera" app of your phone. With the magnifying glass app you can adjust the brightness, contrast, and zoom feature, which is better than the camera app on the iPhone. The downside of the magnifying glass app is that it doesn't take video, only pictures. But for viewing it is great. Also, my microscope tube was smaller than 26mm, so I put some thin cardboard in the tube to make the attachment more snug.
