If you want a longer lasting silver mix this with a bit of the dove grey. 3 parts silver 1 part dove grey. I find this works better. Your hair needs to be as white as possible for these to show. **Q: I have salt and pepper hair how will this work?** A: It will work very well - the color is great and there is no red in it at all. **Q: I already dyed my hair silver/grey but it's fading so can I use it to touch it up?** A: This is for natural white Barbara Bush hair.
