I'm glad I did. Now, I wear these to work when it's warm/ hot outside because we're allowed to wear kaki/tan cargo shorts instead of the kaki pants. I've only had them a few weeks, but they seem to be of good quality. No loose stitches, not too thin of fabric, and they fit me perfectly. I'm 5'10, 185 and wear a 34 inch waist. Pockets are a good size, not overly large like most cargo shorts/pants. And they're velcro, so no buttons to contend with. I highly recommend these. Often high quality expensive items ended up here simply because the size label was incorrect, or stitching was slightly off. Yet those were well made and lasted nearly a decade. The Wrangler brand used to represent a quality pair of jeans, years ago.Pros: Main advantage: The fit is as advertised and comfortable in the crotch region and waistline. The fabric is thin, this may be what you want if you prefer a lighter fabric. There are 5 smaller cargo pockets instead of 2 large ones. It uses Velcro pocket closures. A side point regarding fit is that the crotch and groin region is snug in the Amazon Basics cargo shorts. It's "fine" if you never sit down. In addition, the fabric is thin and is likely not durable, another one of the "cheap disposable clothing". I can live with the Velcro but like buttons.
