**Q: Can you use this inverted for a bead board ceiling?**
A: That bead board is usually thin, soft pine. AND I wouldn’t use it upside down for much of anything in case it falls. So the logical choice would be don’t try it. 🙄

**Q: What is its smallest incremental movement in inches ?**
A: I just measured it and it's about 1/8".  I found at times, that wasn't enough resolution, so I would press down on the lever with one hand and nail with the other.  Not too fancy, but it worked.
