I did not read the box too well, however Philips tends to make things in Vietnam, China or Mexico. If it helps, it is a lovely machine that is currently in my office. Sufficient water in the right side water tank and beans directly in the top. There is even opening for special ground coffee. Rinse. Put it back in reverse order. The milk container can be lifted by rotating it upward. A notch releases the glass and rubber straw. I bought a rubber bottle cleaner. More than you usually do! ### ⭐ Milk frothing system is not good *by M***M on 19 September 2024* The overall usuage of the machine is decent, it has many drinks to choose from, all milk-free drinks are just perfect, you just need to tune the grinder, shot length and strength, but, keep in mind all milk-based drinks are not as good as the ones you get from a professional coffee machine at a coffee shop. The milk is heated with a lot of bubbles, it makes normal foam on top of your drink, NOT steamed microfoam, so you get a more watery drink with frothen foam on top but not integrated well. If you expect perfect Capuchino or Latte machiato from this machine, then i i'm sorry to tell you its not the best option, which indeed what i was looking for unfortunately, i rate it 2 for losing more money to buy a separate microfoam maker to get a good drink while i paid already for an automatic machine to avoid this.
