Unfortunately, the pen loop on the one I use broke day 1. An other of the 3pck I purchased didn't have a pocket. The little notebook itself, very durable. It survived many extremes in my pocket at work in a large, unair conditioed shipping warehouse. **Q: Is the paper refillable?** A: No. These are bound notebooks **Q: What is the paper weight (thickness)?** A: It is a good quality paper. Thick than newsprint or standard loose leaf paper I would say journal/diary, bot not card stock. I like the quality of these notebooks.
