While adjusting it out, to fit my fat head, as my wife clams, the strap came totally out. Hmmm! The straps are just left loose. #3 worked, but it was still too tight and caused a headache. I gave the other two to some youngsters and they fit them just fine. So, if you have a head the size of a child, and not an adult, get these, they will work. Maybe where these are made, the locals heads are child size. I did not ask for a refund, not really worth the time and hassle with desertcart!
