Generally, it helps keep bloating, discomfort, and difficulty with digestion at bay 🥰 Also if you have difficulty getting rid of ur waste daily it does help. I use to have another brand of 20billion cultures and use to take one a day, but it wouldn't necessarily always keep down the bloating or help me poo. However, I take 2 capsules a day of these which is 110 billion cultures a day and works a breeze. Its much cheaper than my old brand and you get double the amount!! Its stronger in its effectiveness and I defo see the benefits. I've probably been using for about 3/4 months and I wouldn't use any other at this stage.
