Do you mean a matchbox with the flip-over lid (I don't know how else to describe it?)? The challenge coin I used it for is about an 1/8th in an inch thick (or 3.4mm), and 1 3/4 in round. The inside dimensions of the case is about 5.5cm or 2 1/8th in, so my challenge coin looks pretty much exactly like the one on Amazon. It is difficult to explain how it suspends the coin, but I will try (for the record, I took pictures, but can't figure out a way to attach them to this answer?) The material is clear, and about the consistency of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and it is pulled taunt and secured to the outside edges of the frame. The plastic conforms around the coin when the case is snapped shut. So the concern, I think, would be how thick your matchbox is. Long answer, sorry. Hope it helps! **Q: Is this for multiple coins? More than one and they slide down or am i missing some instructions?** A: No, just one coin. The plastic holds it very securely.
