It came directly on time and with everything I needed (including pieces to decorate and build etc.) the instructions were pictures for anyone who is too young to read yet. The only trouble I had was when I decorated the wrong side lol, the key holes are on both sides but make sure you use the side where the key whole is white not blue!! But other then that this is the cutest thing! The little box I put extra pieces that I had collected and put the extra pieces that came with the box in the blue container it all came with!
