No dairy listed. **Q: curious as to how old this coffee is. When was it roasted?** A: I don't see a roast date. Where is the roast date shown? **Q: I just received coffee with expiration date of Nov 2017. I'm sure previous bags have been vacuum packed, but this one clearly isn't. Shouldn't it be?** A: Oxidation happens when its not vacuum packed, so freshness may be affected. But if its sealed closed, it should be ok. You'll know when u brew 1st cup.
