We have had it on our hands but washed them as soon as we were through cleaning. We are still using it. **Q: Can I use this on rusty tools?** A: I think you can use it on rusty tools. I would think you need to soak the tools in it. I guess it depends on how bad the rust is. I think it's worth trying. **Q: How to clean efflorescence from brick** A: try muriatic acid. be sure you use the directions before. **Q: But what is it?
