## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these fire proof?**
A: They are fire retardant, the spec on them is 10 seconds before second degree burns.
https://sfifoundation.com/article-1/
There is a link to more information about the sfi ratings.

**Q: Can you use touchscreen with these gloves?**
A: I doubt it. Touchscreen gloves have different material on the finger area that would contact the screen.

**Q: my hands are small and the small leave about 1/2" or more on the finger tips? Is this ok?**
A: It is generally recommended that gloves fit snugly without leaving excess material on the fingertips, as this can interfere with grip and tactile sensitivity. However, some individuals may prefer a looser fit for comfort or other reasons. In the case of the RaceQuip Race Gloves 355 Series in X-Large size, it is designed to fit individuals with hand measurements of approximately 9-9.5 inches in circumference, so it is possible that the gloves may feel slightly loose on someone with smaller hands. Ultimately, it is up to personal preference and comfort as long as the gloves do not interfere with your ability to safely operate your vehicle.

**Q: How well do they perform on Alcantara?**
A: My steering wheel is suede and I’ll like them a lot.
