Pure oil....no water dilution.BIG BUT ... the NECK opening is so TINY that waiting for 25 to 50 drops to neatly drip out of my essential oil bottle is Against the Laws of Nature. Oil will only escape the bottle if tilted. You cannot WILL oil out of these Special essential oil bottles without shaking them or tilting them. The oil bottles are designed to be tilted to allow drops to gently escape. If you do that SENSIBLE thing, and tilt.... oil slides down the Outside of the glass receptacle ... not into the INSIDE. Because the openning is TOO SMALL.
