The follow is experience from a good buyer: First you gotta heat it up. People online recommend a blow dryer. I didn't have one so I got a spoon and held it over a fire for 10 seconds. Then I gently pressed the back of the spoon to the shattered glass. Did this twice. Then I started picking at it with the thing that looks like it can pick out splinters. I'm not sure what it's called. But then it started to come off easily; the shattered glass. First time I tried before heating it up and I wasn't getting anywhere. After this, i take the replacement from the plastic bag, I found this glass is very clean ( you need becareful when you take the glass from the package. Hold the edge of the glass and don't leave hand prints on it) then I just stuck it right on. Looks brand new again. If my instructions are confusing, I watched YouTube as a sort of guide me, before I ventured off to do my own thing.
