I endured it for some time but finally had enough and found these arch supports. I bought a pair at a now defunct sporting goods store and had used them for years. Fast forward to now, the old set had worn out and I order two pairs of these newer models. It turns any shoe into a comfortable walking shoe for me. No need to get expensive inserts, just slide these under your insoles and tie your shoes. Keeps my foot in a natural and steady motion and provides the right amount of support for my flat arches.
