Review: Great starter printer! Good support and Community - The product came perfectly packaged, it wasn’t damaged. It was fairly simple to put together however the PLA mount is a little fiddly and takes some getting used to. The instruction guide is mostly pointless and confusing, I recommend going to the YouTube tutorial by Creality in setting up as to know where the wires go. For the price I don’t think you could get a better starter printer, it seems like a tank and can get really detailed. Only thing I would suggest to the manufacture is to create some written information on beginning 3D printing and what to do and not to do as my first attempt at printing ended in Spaghetti, this wasn’t the printers fault as I hadn’t added supports but overall really happy with the printer. I’m planning on printing DND terrain for our campaigns and it seems really capable. You also get some free filament in the box (it isn’t a full roll about 5 metres worth). Overall I think the support offered by Comgrow is outstanding and definitely worth it if you’re knew, it’s worth spending a little bit more to get the Neo as the screen is so helpful, also it has some upgrades for smoother building making it a lot easier for newer people like myself. Really excited with what I can make in the future!!
Review: Great value, brilliant printing - I have had my V3 Neo for just over a year now, before that I used Ultimakers that belonged to the company I used to work for. When I moved jobs I needed my own printer and I couldn't afford an Ultimaker. I did a bit of research and came down on the Ender V3 Neo. To be honest for £300 I didn't have high hopes but I figured that if it wasn't much cop £300 was not much to lose. I am glad to say it was probably the best £300 I have spent. The printer is easy to use and I don't think I have had a single failed print yet. The quality is as good as the Ultimakers and for the price of one of those I could have ten V3 Neo's and start my own print factory.

**Q: How long does it take to assemble the machine?**
A: Generally ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, it takes less time to get familiar.

**Q: After the machine is installed, why does the platform sway?**
A: Adjust the eccentric nut at the V wheel of the hot bed, if it is too loose, it will shake, if it is too tight, it will stagnate.

**Q: What should I do if the nozzle kit shakes after the machine is installed?**
A: Tighten the eccentric nut on the back plate of the spray head kit, after debugging, it can slide left and right, if it is tight, it will be stuck, if loose, it will shake.

**Q: What should I do if the card slot does not respond to card reading?**
A: 1. Format the SD card; 2. Check whether the card slot is loose; 3. Please clean the card slot with alcohol to oxidize it; 4. Replace the card slot / motherboard.

**Q: What should I do if the fan does not rotate or there is noise?**
A: 1. Clean the fan and check whether there is debris interference ; 2. Check whether the screws and fan cover are loose, and then re-fix it; 3. Check if the fan blade is damaged or broken, please replace a new fan.

The product came perfectly packaged, it wasn’t damaged. It was fairly simple to put together however the PLA mount is a little fiddly and takes some getting used to. I have had my V3 Neo for just over a year now, before that I used Ultimakers that belonged to the company I used to work for. When I moved jobs I needed my own printer and I couldn't afford an Ultimaker. I did a bit of research and came down on the Ender V3 Neo. To be honest for £300 I didn't have high hopes but I figured that if it wasn't much cop £300 was not much to lose. I am glad to say it was probably the best £300 I have spent. The printer is easy to use and I don't think I have had a single failed print yet. The quality is as good as the Ultimakers and for the price of one of those I could have ten V3 Neo's and start my own print factory.

Worked well for a few days then fan stopped working, blocking hot end and tube. Explained clearly to the vendor what replacement parts were required but they just did not listen, returned printer
