It does not. This prop has a sleeve and a funky block on the shear pin. No instructions came in the package on how to remove if need be so I tried to remove with needle nose pliers to no avail. I bored out the shear with a drill and then had to carefully regouge the shear pin slot to accommodate the larger shear pin that is on the 112. Its on, I pray it doesn't smoke my $3000 motor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kipawa is better!! *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2018* Minn kota 101 bowfishing rig. Kipawa has a better top speed and generates more torque to quickly spin the boat around. ### ⭐⭐ Does not fit ST101, breaks easily *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2013* This does not fit my Minn Kota Saltwater Series 101 transom mount motor. The hole is too small. I bored it out with a drill, and then cut the sides to make it fit around the shear pin, so I did get it to work.And thus the reason for two stars instead of one, it's definitely faster than the standard prop.However, it's also weaker, and it broke today.
