I've tasted a couple protein powders to have an opinion and this is by far the lowest one. It's pretty difficult to mix. It gets very droopy and foamy in my shaker leaving residue behind when I finish. But results are sold tho. My muscles are huge now and my hair doesn't fall off as much now. As for weight loss. I can't say much about that. I'm on intermediate fasting, I eat one meal a day. I've already lost a ton of weight before buying this product.
