The neck loop is not adjustable, I'm 5'1 and it hangs pretty loose around my neck/chest area. Wish it was adjustable so it would fit much more snug. I husband suggest I should cut and sow the neck loop to shorten it and have it more snug around my upper body but I just don't have time to sit around in 90 degree New England weather cutting and sowing a loop that should have been adjustable or pretty yet, if the seller disclosed that little info. Also, the strings to tie around your back is very short! If I was little heavier, I wouldn't be able to make tie it around my waist at all, definitely not worth the $8.99, I will be sending it back to get my refund, totally not what I had expected. And I sincerely hope the seller/maker reads this and redesign the entire apron.
