As with any change in equipment it takes a bit of practice (on your relatives of course). The rubber is soft and comfortable. The brush that unscrews from the sharp point is a bonus. The price is great too. Actually hurts when using it and I got a bruise from practising. My medic friends also said it hurts so I won't be using it on elderly patients as might hurt them. I think it's too rigid, heavy and not long enough hence the problem.
