Brand: Petutu Material: Aluminum alloy Color: Silver Internal Diameter: S: 4.57cm / 1.8 inch M: 5.51cm / 2.17 inch L: 6.5cm / 2.56 inch How to Use the Bath Bomb Mold Step 1： Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then mix the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl or jar. Step 2： While constantly stirring the dry ingredients, slowly mix in the wet ingredients, a small spoonful at a time. Step 3: Fill each half of your dome mold with a mix of ingredients until it slightly overflows. Step 4 Press both sides together and use force compact the mixture into the mold, but take care to prevent the mold from ing. Step 5: Remove excess mixture around the mold. Step 6: Use a metal spoon to tap slightly around the molds. Step7: Gently remove one side of the mold, then gently invert the bath bomb so the uncovered side is facing down, then gently remove the other half of the mold from the top. Ingredients of making a bath bomb 1 cup baking soda1/2 cup Epsom salts 1/2 cup citric acid 1 tsp. water 2 tsp. essential oil or fragrance oil (avoid minty oils) 3 tsp. olive oil or similar vegetable oil a few drops food coloring (any color)

Good value at this $14.99 price point in 2025 (so much for tariff shock). These are fairly sturdy & will be great at a bath bomb making party I’m coordinating, with enough molds that everyone will be able to take one home if they choose. I appreciate that they came fit snug in a box which prevented them from denting in shipment. I will be purchasing these again, probably repeatedly for making bath bomb kits. 👍🏻

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is a simple way to remove the bathbombs from the molds without breaking the bathbomb?**
A: Use a spoon to lightly tap the mold and it will come off the bath bomb easily. I set it in one hand and tap the top mold and pull it off, and then flip it over and tap lightly on that mold and the bath bomb will come out easily.  If the bath bomb still crumbles, the mixture is too dry. If it breaks at the middle where the two halves meet then it doesn’t have enough mixture in the molds.

**Q: In the description there is a recipe...why should you avoid minty oils?**
A: I’m not sure of the seller’s reason for avoiding mint, but I would recommend against mint (particularly peppermint) because it has a cooling effect. I’ve taken a couple of hot baths with peppermint oil because I wanted to relieve muscle pain, and they were not enjoyable baths because I felt cold the whole time, even though the water was hot.

**Q: Are these reusable?**
A: Yes.

Completely.

**Q: can this container be used using the epoxy resin ?**
A: Definitely not. That would be glued on forever. Silicone molds only for resin.

Also, molds aren’t meant to interlock; put an extra amount of material in each side, then press together & the bomb will seal with a seam showing where the extra materials were.
