Based on the claims and despite the reviews, I took a chance and paid the higher price for this spray. The spray did not have a strong odor so not sure how it was supposed to deter rodents. After spraying, I set traps and caught 2-3 rodents. I purchased a lesser priced version (TomCat) from Home Depot and it had a stronger scent and seems to help with reducing the sight of rodents.
