Q: You sent me the wrong tip. it should have been an engraving but it is a debossing. i didn't know until i went to use it. what can i do?

I had the same problem I ordered one of each and they sent me 2 of the same tip, I had to buy the right one again and send the wrong one back then they gave me a refund.

Q: Is this something I can use for magnets?

It can be used on soft metals but it doesn't mention magnets. I suggest you call Cricut Customer Service Phone Number at 1 (877) 727-4288 and ask them.

Q: Do you have to buy separate housing for every tip I buy for the cricut maker?

No you don’t just have to buy one housing and the different tips

Faulty on receipt

****UPDATE 18-01-2024****I received a replacement tip and exactly the same thing has happened. It is not being detected.Very frustrating to purchase an item only to have to return it as it was faulty on arrival. These items are not cheap. Very disappointing.
